Run Leader: Various

Up your running game with some track workouts! Each week, we meet and break-up into groups (or solo) to run weekly track workouts. Adopt one of the group workouts, or bring your own. We generally offer, Speed, Sprint, and Strength workouts weekly.

There are various paces, and good vibes towards all levels of runner, from first timer runners to regulars at the Armory.

Join us any time! Some may come earlier, or later, depending upon their schedule, but we generally start around 6:30 with a group photo.
