QDR Note to Parents
Our Site is directed to a general audience comprised primarily of adult Visitors and Users. Therefore, We do not typically collect information from children under the age of 13. If QDR creates online activities intended for children under the age of 13, the child will only be able to access the activity without providing Information. For example, children may be allowed to access child-friendly activities online (subject to the offering) by entering to be in a children’s only race.
